The Flaunt It Studio is designed to provide space for local artists and entrepreneurs to build their brands, businesses, and incomes as they explore non-traditional creative careers. It is a long-awaited space, as many of our residents and artists are eager to utilize it.
As a community space, this EVENTS page will showcase drop-in hours, promotions, free community events, classes, programs and more. Our grassroots, youth-led team is piloting the Studio's creative entrepreneurial workshops, events, and programs that best respond to our community's wants and needs.

Celebrating Black Women In The Arts
Immerse yourself in the brilliance of Black Artists at our captivating showcase. This event promises an extraordinary celebration of talent and creativity, showcasing the rich diversity of Black performers, filmmakers and artistic expression. Artists are TBA. There will be an open mic from 7:00-8:00 PM as well. ALL ARE WELCOME TO SUPPORT & JOIN!
Financial Literacy with Shay Myers
Empower yourself with the knowledge of FINANCIAL LITERACY provided by Finance For The Culture! This transformative workshop, designed for 2SLGBTQ+ youth, women, femmes, and non-binary individuals, prioritizes residents of the Jane-Finch community. Regardless of your age or background, this workshop is your key to financial empowerment.
The workshop takes place from 6:00-7:30 PM! Join us at 5:30 PM to set settled and ready for our workshop!
Black Women's Leader Panel (Jane-Finch Edition)
Embark on an inspiring journey with exceptional Black Women Leaders from Jane-Finch at our exclusive panel moderated by Community Leader & Creative Director, Richelle Nelson. Featuring Makayla Couture, Ala'a Adib, and a surprise guest soon to be revealed! This FREE event is open to EVERYONE who wants to support and uplift our local leaders.
