Finding The Studio
Address: 1110 Finch Ave West Unit 401 & 407 North York, ON M3J 2T2 (York University Heights)
It is an office building between Keele Street & Finch Ave West and Dufferin Street & Finch Ave West.
ACCESSING THE BUILDING:
It's an office building beside a UPS STORE with an arched lobby. (Look to the right of the UPS)
WEEKDAYS: The lobby door is open from 7-7 PM.
SATURDAYS: The lobby door is open from 8-3 PM.
SUNDAYS: The lobby door is locked.
CLIENTS: You’re responsible for opening the door for your guests if your booking is outside these hours.
To access the building outside these hours, please call/text 647-808-5083 when you arrive.
Sometimes, the doors are unlocked outside these hours. Please try to pull on it to see if it’s unlocked.
Parking may be limited between 9 and 4 PM, as it is an office building with many accountants and lawyers. After these hours, parking is usually available upfront. You can disregard the signs about parking only being for immediate visitors.

You cannot park under the tunnel away, but you can park along the side of the building leading to the back, where more parking should be available.

From Finch Station: Take the 36 or 36A Bus (to Finch West Station) and get off at Opposite 1111 Finch Ave West. The bus stop is on the same side of the building.
From Finch West Station: Take the 36 Bus (to Finch Station) and get off at 1111 Finch Ave West. Cross the street, and the building is on the side right of the A&W.
Upon Arrival …
When you enter the arched lobby, take the elevator to the fourth floor.
Flaunt It Studio is the first set of double doors you’ll see (Unit 401).
If you turn left from the elevators and go down the hall, you’ll see Unit 407.
Keep in mind to NOT go to 1111 FINCH AVE WEST OR 1100. It is 1110 Finch!
