• Once your booking is confirmed, you may cancel for a refund if you provided at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled session. 

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable. 

• No-shows are non-refundable.

• Bookings made through Flaunt It Studio website may be rescheduled at least 3 hours before the scheduled booking time. 

• Rescheduling requests made less than 3 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a credit or refund. 

• No-shows are not eligible for credit or refund. 

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the studio, furniture, equipment, props, or other studio property during their booking. 

Damage fees may include, but are not limited to:

• $50-$300 - Broken or damaged set pieces, furnitures, or equipment

  • (Sofas and couches, table and chairs, speakers, mirrors, lights and light stands. Beauty, recording, AV, or Photography equipment, Devices Chargers) 

• $50 - Missing, broken, or damaged props and accessories

  • (Pillows, Tablecloths, Vases, Artificial flowers/greenery, other studio prop or accessories) 

• $50 - Cleaning fees

  • For stained furnitures, tablecloths, carpets, studio props

  • Confetti poppers or similar materials 

Any damage not specifically listed above will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and the client will be responsible for the applicable repair or replacement costs.

To ensure the studio remains clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone:

• Clients must include setup and tear-down/cleanup time within their scheduled booking. 

• The studio must be returned to its original condition before the booking ends. 

• Clients must not create excessive noise that disrupts neighboring businesses or units. 

• Clients are expected to treat the studio, furniture, equipment, props, 

• Clients must not make excess noise that will cause disruption to neighboring office units.

• Clients are expected to treat the studio furniture, equipment, props, and other property with care and respect. 

• Any misuse or damage to studio property may result in additional charges.

• Clients must use the studio only during their confirmed booking time.

• If additional time is needed, clients may request to extend their booking by 30 minutes or more, subject to studio availability.

• Additional booking time will be charged based on the regular hourly or 30-minute rate for the specific studio/room.

• Any extension must be approved and confirmed by the Studio before the additional time is used.

• If a client goes over their scheduled booking time without an approved extension, and the overtime affects or delays the next booking, an overtime fee of $20 will be charged for every 15-minute increment.

• Overtime charges begin immediately after the scheduled booking ends.

Please allow enough time within your booking for setup, your session, and cleanup/tear-down. If you need additional time, we recommend requesting an extension in advance to avoid overtime charges and ensure the studio is available.
