Step 4: Stay Informed

Housekeeping Rules

  1. Flaunt It Studio can comfortably accommodate 30 people, max 50. 

  2. Guests must ensure the space is clean by the end of their event and tear down/put away any decor, furnishing, equipment, or items they’ve used during their event. Please do not leave the space without doing so. Our team works very hard to maintain the space as people come and go!

  3. Please respect all other guests who may be using part of the space during the same times as you.

  4. The cut-off times for events are 3-4 am EST. Please inquire about staying late at night at the studio for your event in advance.

There are two types of booking rates for Flaunt It Studio, depending on the studio you’d like to use. Please fill out the correct booking form/section to avoid any delays.

This rate is for Studio 407.
