The Flaunt It Studio now offers services in six categories: our coworking space, recording/podcast room, editing suite, personal services/beauty suites, private events/full studio bookings and our state-of-the-art videography and photography studio.
The Co-working Lounge is an independent and collaborative working space. It is an aesthetic & inclusive workspace to revamp your WFH experience!
Affordable coworking spaces are hard to find within York University Heights. As many of our residents need access to stable wifi, a computer or private workspaces, we're providing a space for residents to work on their professional development. By providing this fully equipped workspace, we are providing residents with a dependable space to enhance their productivity.

The Creator Lab comes fully equipped and provides our clients with a versatile space. No more hour commutes to access a studio. An inclusive space for local artists to practice & develop their crafts.
The Creator Lab is our multipurpose room and fully-equipped space that can flexibly serve the primary needs of every photographer, filmmaker, musician, visual artist, designer, and more. It is mainly a photography/videography studio but can also be used for small workshops and events.
(Coming soon) The Editing Suites is a dedicated workspace built for post-production and creative refinement. Equipped with powerful computers and essential software, this space allows creators to edit video, audio, photography, and digital projects efficiently.
Many creatives lack access to high-performance tools needed to bring their final vision together. The Editing Suite provides a reliable and focused environment where you can enhance your work, meet deadlines, and elevate your production quality without the need for personal high-end equipment.
The Beauty Suites is a private, mini personal service room for local beauticians to strengthen their techniques & build their clientele. It includes but is not limited to makeup artists, hair stylists, barbers, lash and nail technicians.
We understand that finding a space to work out in the city takes work, but the Beauty Salon is here to change that. Many residents have their licenses for different beauty services. Still, they cannot take clients because of space limitations, or they may need more experience or funds to rent a spot at a full salon.
The Recording & Podcast Room is a sound-treated, fully equipped space designed for creators to produce high-quality audio content. Whether you're recording a podcast, voiceover, interview, or music session, this room provides professional environment to bring your ideas to life.
We understand that access to proper recording equipment and acoustically treated spaces can be limited or expensive. That’s why we’ve created a dependable space where creators can focus on their craft without distractions. From beginners to experienced hosts, this room supports your growth and consistency in content creation.
The Private Events/Full Studio offer exclusive access to our fully equipped spaces for workshops, content shoots, meetings, and special events. Whether you're hosting a creative session, launching a project, or organizing a private gathering, our studio can be tailored to suit your needs.
We recognize that finding flexible, affordable venues in the city can be challenging. By offering full studio access, we provide a versatile and inclusive environment where individuals and teams can bring their ideas to life, collaborate freely, and create memorable experiences.
